Grafy is operated by Grafy AI Inc. This page explains how to remove your data, including anything obtained when you sign in with Facebook or another provider.
Translations of this page are provided for convenience only. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
You are in control of your data and can delete it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
This permanently removes your sessions, generated images, video, audio and text, uploaded files, library items, saved prompts, annotations, comments, and API keys. Your account itself stays open, and your remaining credit balance stays with it.
After deletion we may retain minimal billing or transaction records where the law requires it (for example, for tax and accounting). These do not include your generated content.
If your whole account is deleted, we also keep a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of the identities it signed in with (email address, social sign-in ids) and the credit balance it had left. A fingerprint cannot be turned back into your email address; it only lets us recognise the same identity if it signs up again, so we can return the balance you left and avoid issuing the one-off free starter credits a second time. This is kept to prevent abuse of the free tier.
